sir, i am sure there will be people who will give you better answer for your question than mine...
but i would say
1. Neki kar, darya me daal or just ignore them if you cannot do anything else....
because these sort of people are always gona be there....you know why ?? to teach people like us what the word "WRONG" stands for....
if there was no darkness we will never understand the beauty of LIGHT....

We have all types of people living in their world and everybody is making their living in their own way. We have certain norm and conventions and these people donot fit into the same.They develope otheir own rules,because of the fact that they have been brought up in a different way and under different circumstances.Such persons are exceptions and we should be descrete in dealing with them or we should snap all our relations with them.

Some might be brought up in all laxuries of inherited wealth, that they did nothing to earn their livelihood...such people get lazy & may live on others as parasites. Some don't spend their acquired wealth & live on others...they are afraid of spending their money...Shameless, & lazy people live on others money......

THATS BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE HAVE AN ANCESTRAL FEATURE IN THEIR BLOOD , THAT IS LIVING ON OTHERS MONEY, DUE TO THIS CAUSE THEIR WAS DIFFERENT CASTES AND TRIBES WERE FORMED . BUT STILL NOW WE IND HUMAN PARASITES . MOST OF THEM ARE MLA'S OR PEOPLE IN THE FIELD OF POLITICS. SOME HAVE THESE AS A GENETIC CHARACTER. BUT THE RIGHT ANSWER IS THEY ARE ---- "MISERS" .
