well there are so many softwares and every software does similar and specific work.but u just need to use those softwares which u want like, if u want to make gif images or animation then use gif animator, if u want to make websites then use dreamweaver or frontpage, if u want to make menus for ur websites or any widget then use dhtmlmenus, etc,.so, as u see, there is no need to use all
