Are the English medium students better in English than those from the vernacular? Explain pls.

Basically english medium students are better as they are trained with good english language.They are taught in that medium,speak and write basically in english.The students from vernacular maybe poor in speech but may do better in written skills....Yes they ideally should be , Tho it would depend upon the environment in which they live majorly i.e is it english or vernacular speaking .. to my mind today

student will deal with english irrespective of the subject he is studyingexcept for the literatures. But a student from vernacular system will get the english as only subject to deal in english. Moreover, the teachers too uses the mothertongue to describe the concerned subjects in vernacular system, even if the subject is english.
