how to uninstall programmes of which files are deleted but they still appear in add/remove programme ?

can delete selected programe ....install them again and then uninstall...no problem at all,just delete them by ur hand.but there may be a chance where there r still some files of that software left.in that case just reinstall ur o.s....when u delete then hold sheaft...if u dont mind please format the C: drive..........if files are deleted u can not uninstall it...1-enter safe mode.2-go to add or remove
