The udyapan should be done on 17th friday.......the whole precees of udyapan is written in santoshi mata vrat katha book....On 16th friday....Although it is expected to be observed on the fininshing time that is the 16th occasion, many take it that they had completed the Vrata for the required period and that they should now perform an Udyapan on the 17th Friday.
