thighs...1. Lay on ground or bed or which ever place lets you lay down 2. Start moving your legs the we do in cycle. Do it 50 times by taking breaks if needed after 20 cycling movements.3. would do for your legs and thighs. As far as booty, I would say yoga! Yoga is great for all areas of the body so try that out and see if you like the results....squats and lunges are awesome and dont and that seems to really help with not alot of fuss. I use my porch post to keep some tied too and ready to go...Cycling and jogging are the best exercises for thighs, butt and behind the thighs....the good

exercise for reducing fat from your thighs is, doing a standing jog to warm your body and then go for a walk.....walking should not be strolling in leisure but serious sprint walk.....I am sure this will help.....cycling is good but very time consuming, and it will make your thighs firm and muscular instead of reducing fat.....so the choice is completely yours....Spot fat reductions requires discipline
