To lower the temp you might do the exact opposite of overclocking underclocking?, slow down your CPU and BUS speeds. I dont know how effective this will be.If you want better cooling add more fans, or if you really want it cool, install a water cooling system. Its more expensive at least a hundred dollars but its worth it in my opinion. I prefer the Aquaries Aquatake gear if your CPU temp is the problem
