NO,tears may not be always the sign of pain.tears may come due to many reasons. tears in eyes may be due to happiness or sorrow or sometime something gets struck into our eyes due to which our body releases tears to clean the dust particle from eyes.In some cases,tears may also come due to some eye diseases also.Is the information given by me helpful to you then plz let me know....no but tears also
