u to get max work out of u. But exercise is compulsory for well being and the other exertions may mean u are active. But it does not substitute for a work out. One can continue to do house work even the work including cleaning the vessils which acts as good exercise, and msotly climb ing stairs, garening are the bset clorie kiling ones...I think there is not substitute for exercise.
