listen music, play cricket...yoga...Do Pranayam anuloma viloma which will release your stress immediately....Simple Play with Childrens....boss dont listen to any one just listen to your heart what he...physical exercise is not for reducing stress .you shoud do meditation....pray as much as possible....instead of physical exercise do meditation talk with ur friends...to avoid work stress one can do yoga in the morning
