i am 27 and i hav a kid who is 3 now .the major reason to stop breastfeed after the kid is 1 yr old is that, the nutrients that goes to the kid thru ur feeed is only till that first yr..so later ur milk is as gud as water...if he is not breastfed ,hell feel hungry and hav somethign atleast which more than just water !! which is gud ! so they say to stop breastfeeding aftr an yrs time coz when
