By mistake water dried up in my hawkins non stick pressure cooker.it made a noisecollapsing sound and steam escaped. now the steam doesnt build up anymore?

There is a pressure lock on the lid of the cooker.It has been broken.Pl look under the handle of lid you will find.Go the shop and get is changed by new one.Have a nice time....change the safety value your self ,it cost 15-20, or go to any local utencil dealer for the same.
