No....youre already taking enough risks-wrap it and dont use it any more than necessary...If it was only a sprain, then moderate exercise would help, but a hot whirlpool bath would be beneficial both sprained ankle. The sooner you treat the sprain, the sooner you will recover. To reduce swelling it is recommended to follow use R.I.C.E. therapy Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation for the first 24 to 48 hours after the injury....Sprain is a soft tissue injury which needs to be given time to heal not exercise can cure it as opposed exercise might aggravate the situation.
