in forums, social networking sites and etc but I did not receive welcome email to active my account. One day just out of curiosity, I logged in to gmail.com to check my emails. Although you can send mail to anyone whos email address you know, Let me tell you, it simply WONT WORK. Google will mark your account as a SPAM and will ban it permanently. You wont able to register again as they mark down your IP address in black/spam list.
