sound cards and onboard sound all have "drivers" that are needed for them to work. If you delete these drivers it wont work.but...While the drivers are required, pretty much every sound through Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.Also, the wording of your question is a bit weird and leads me to believe you might be asking how to turn the Windows sounds off. Yes, I have seen Yamaha R15 not having sound like a sports bike. But is sound is not bad either, it is smooth and has a four stroke feel. If you change the muffler, I feel the sound will go worse. Well If you want to sound like R1, it is better to change the comlete silencer assembly.

no u dont need to install a sound card. these days mother board comes with integrated soundcard which works excellenly...yes u need to install sound cards for any ...like Unless youre a serious gamer or movie watcher, you might not consider that an aftermarket sound card would be a major boon to overall system performance. Not true. A small investment in a high-end sound card can improve overall PC
