Hi i am dev never choose slimimg belts they doesnt give the benefit as required so do take proper diet and join jims and sliming centers that will be more helpfull or do proper exercises....no tv based shopping is waste go and shopping is best it is good or see ur openion...No. I can say that as some of my friends used it and found it of no help. For loosing weight and getting into shape only

.Drink lemon water more and more. ultimately you will loss your wait and look slim and trm....you have to purchase sauna belt from asian sky shop...skipping really works...first do sit up for 10 min and eat 1 time...HEY BUDDY U CAN GO FOR A WALK...............BUT JOGGING IS THE BEST.............U CAN ALSO PREFER YOGA OR AEROBICS????? BUT ACCORDING TO ME JOGGING WILL KEEP U SLIM N FIT...........Go for long morninig walk
