hai ,sleeping for 3 hour is to much man.it is good if u avoid sleeping at day time....it is very harmfull to ur body.every human must take rest atleast 6 hours a day. if u have any tension or something it will result in lack of sleep. so it is better to consult a psychologist to get a remedy 4 ur problem....Go for a low-salt diet. number of hours of sleeps vary from person to person.some people get refreshed with mere 4 -5 hrs of sleep and few might take 8 to 12 hrs .but on averagge an adult human being should get 6-8 hrs of sleep for proper physiological and mental work.young children sleep mare upto 12 hrs or so and old people sleep very less like 4 hrs or so .so in your case its just ok if you get refreshed with 5 -6 hrs

SLEEP WELL , U R NOT GETTING UR TARGET BECAUSE OF UR SLEEP...u think office time only office work.another time use for homly and other entertainment function u can doing..... ok........ dont waste ur r all tenson n sleep...dont think this at night time. U forget about ur office in ur home. but try to achieve the targets and once think of y u r not reaching the targets and think positive...take rest
