When you start making them, try to flatten the ends which are thick while maintaining uniform pressure throughout with a light hand. It is recommended to use a round lid to cut round chapatis in order to save effort....Make the dough balls correct round and spread it . By practice u can make round chappatis. or after spreding the dough cut it with a sharp edge round container lid
