If you are working & living in a nuclear family then there is no other option other than leaving your child in a day care center. But, before choosing a day care center, please do a good research on it & ask around. Yes, good day care centers do take good care of children.

to one care giver is a reasonable one2 What age is the youngest child in the creche? this will give you an idea of how adept they are. My observation is that if the day care can handle 6 mnth old baby? What are the different activities for the child?Most day cares allow you 2 - 3 days to check out how the child is reacting to it. I think you should take that opportunity and try the same out.Good luck
