The best thing would be to take her to an ER so they can monitor the fever and rapid heartbeat....Call your doctor. Ask about alternating ibuprofen and acetamenophin to lower the fever. Sounds to me fever in a child may bring on a siezure..with the heartbeat being rapid...Go to ER asap! Something could be wrong.
