hi dear..Its a weird problem the same problem i got wid my HP printer but i never able to solve it, but when i change the cartridge it worked very well I thnk if your printer is in warranty call support they should change it free of cost. And will make it work.All the best!...a weird problem the same

, well for photo printout, you can 72dpi resolution, this is the web resolutions, you can get printout on A4 size paper. use 72dpi resolutions. if need then adjust image size by image->image size, i sure that you save in tiff format which is best for printing as it retains details almost like raw file....For printout you have to set the resolution to minimum 200 or 300,and adjust the brightness
