Earthing is not proper . check first ur power connection for proper earthing ....the only possible problem is that you dont have a earthing connection, there should not be any cross connection as it will directly effect ur motherboard and the PC will not start as it will not able to pass the POST code .. so better check ur earthing...Yah there is problem with ur connection check out there must be the problem
