Police is not the final person to take the action,u can go to higher authorities of police dept. or u contact a lawyer file a case againest the concerned person in court....Under this situation, people have only one choice - go to court. I always wonder, is police not accountable to anybody? It is the duty and responsibility of police to protect citizens and to take action against law violators

. In the extreme lodge a complain at the nearest police station. Your problem would get a solution....if you are realy committed to rectify this problem , loadge the FIR, make tracing your phone by police , definitely , you will be too relaxed , be active, take action , after that in future no body willbother you from bhanu, patni s/w...block the unexpected calls from the web world or gv the POLICE complain
