Go to passport website online ,download the fresh passport application form , take xerox of ur marks sheet , residencial proof , fill the application form , and go to kormangala passport office in early morning and submit your application along with a fee of rs 1500/= you need 6 photos be careful to have background color as white else they will reject it and u will get the passport withing 30days

u need to first fill in the passport form available at all stationary shops and then u need to deposit it at the passport office with the fees of rs 1000. then they will give u a slip of deposited money with a file number. thrugh whihc u can check ur status of passport request online.then after a month or so an officer will come to your house for the inquiry and if the inquiry is OK
