Dinesh Ji.... Load Average includes number of Jobs/Processes which get struck or in Dead lock Position, and also uses the resources of the system...like CPU & Memory. Deadlock here does not means that exact deadlock..... but in simple words... jobs or Queries which are not get completed and also
