1.click start > RUN > then type msconfig and hit enterthen under general tab use the selective startup and uncheck the options that says " load startup items " then click on OK2.in;ProgramsAccessoriesSystem Tools > then click on disk clean up ....run the disk clean up .. check all the options when prompted ....and click on ok ..... it will take around 30 minutes in xp .. and 5 minutes in vista..4. now
