well its a silly quesion.it is highly impossible.i think you have some problem with notepad....No you cant do this. Notepad is only use for simple word proccesing. You cant use it as Inernet Explorer. When u install XP or WIndows IE install default then why u want to use Notepad as a IE. just for fun!U can use notepad to make HTML programes....notepad is a text editor and nothing more..you cannot do
