Hi thereFirst sent it to service centre to clean cpu fan and heat sink . And take the precaution while putting notebook . Do not put notebook on the surface which have dust and do not put notebook on bed . The threads block ur cpu fan and thats why ur notebook gets overheated.Things like error messages and failures that are not repeating the same as when a program has a problem and always fails
