well, It is a measure of degradation of the signal to noise ratio SNR, caused by components in the RF signal chain. The noise figure is the ratio of the output noise power of a device to the portion thereof attributable to thermal noise in the input termination at standard noise temperature T0 usually 290 K. The noise figure is thus the ratio of actual output noise to that which would remain

well, well, Noise Figure is defined as the ratio of signal to noise ratio at the output to that at the input. In other words,NF= s/ni/s/noWhere s/nI is the signal to noise ratio at the input, and s/no is the signal to noise ratio at the output of the device under test. Note that s/n at the output will always be smaller than the s/n at the input, due to the fact that any circuit will only add to the noise

between human-made signals, which are orderly, and noise, which is inherentlychaotic. All communications circuits contain some noise. This is true whether the signals are analog or digital, and regardless of the type of information conveyed. Noise is theeternal bane of communications engineers, who are always strivingto find new ways to improve the signal-to-noise ratioin communications systems. Traditional

Hard disk drives make a certain amount of noise when programs are trying to get information or read data from the drive. So you might expect to hear a faint, grinding noise when the computer is reading data from the hard drive. However, the noise should not be too loud. An unusually loud noise signals that there might be something wrong with your hard drive, and you should call your FSP

well;a repeater IS an amplifier...amplifying the input signal out to the other side. However, repeaters also amplify noise as well therefore limiting the number of repeaters used in any given network segment. Intelligent repeaters and bridges will amplify signal, but without the noise...the signal being regenerated before sending....a repeater IS an amplifier...amplifying the input signal out

founding, Gordon Moore and Robert Noyce wanted to name their new company "Moore Noyce". This name, however, sounded remarkably similar to "more noise" an ill-suited name for an electronics company, since noise is typically associated with bad interference. They then used the name NM Electronics for almost a year, before deciding to call their company INTegrated ELectronics or "

First check the noise from where it is coming . IT is from smps fan,cpu fan or hard disk sound . IF is is any of fans problem then replace them. Or if it is hard disk sound then some old hard disk gives sound but if it is new hard dsik the tere is problem in yor hard disk . replace it ....Below is a listing of components within the computer that may cause unusual noises to be generated. To determine

are there.4. After cleaning, clean the rest with a brush but rub it too much on ram or components, as static might damage it.5. Run the CPU without side covers and check for noise there should not be after cleaning but if still noise is there, hopefully from smps, then again remove power.6. There will be several cables from SMPS a to motherboard b Hard diskc to floppy drive d to Cd and DVD drives.7. You have
