well, Ingredients:450gms /1lb shelled Mutter green peas250gms / 1/2lb Paneer 2 medium onions chopped6 cloves garlic crushed1 tbsp grated ginger2 green chilies chopped250gms / 1/2 lb tomatoes peeled the ghee starts to separate. Add the paneer and mutter peas along with the yogurt, chili, tomato and salt. Stir for 5-6 minutes over low heat. Pour in the water and simmer gently for 20 minutes. Serve

To make mutter paneer more attractive add kitchen king to it or u can put some Ratan jyot or deghi mirch and garnish it with coriander leaves or kasuri methi to make a dish attractive

yeah...hi Rani wel comes uin ibibo plz visite me and vote my polls plzzzzzzzzz...YES MUTTER PANEER IS A HEALTHY CHOICE TO BUILD UP THE BODY . I WILL TAKE DAILY MUTTERPANEER DURING MY DINNER by avoiding cream & do not deep fry the paneer cubes...Yes it is a healthy choice as it has adequate amount of nutrients in mutter and adequate amount of fats in paneer so its really a healthy choice but again
