well kumar,as far as the processors are concerned you should go for the AMD Athlon X2 4200 without dout it is much better than the intel pentium d dual core processors. Dont go by the speed of the processors marked as they are marked diffly. by the manufacturers.The intel one gets heated fast and is not much overcloackable also.But the Intel is better for multitasking but the 533MHz FSB is really
