no u dont need to install a sound card. these days mother board comes with integrated soundcard which works excellenly...yes u need to install sound cards for any ...like Unless youre a serious gamer for separate audio card and also the on board chipset is very good one as compared other boards.You have a Realtek audio onboard chipset therefore you dont need to have a separate card. .. usually an indication of bad memory...Continuous beep sound is the indication as there might be a problem with the system memory, video card or possibly even the mother board. The memory is more likelycontinous beep represents sustem board failur, so replace the motherboard.. finding an error through beep code is confusing so better check the POST codes genertaed by BIOS....depends on brand

. In my post earlier I speculated out loud how great it would be if Mental Ray code could be run on ATI cards through CUDA, but that was speaking out. And if you remember I already prophesied that it would with info. New CPU will mean new mother board and so on Multiple GPUs need even faster CPU/memory, so as I said, dont worry about Mental Ray GPU rendering integration- just yet. Its just a nice thing to look
