no u dont need to install a sound card. these days mother board comes with integrated soundcard which works excellenly...yes u need to install sound cards for any ...like Unless youre a serious gamer for separate audio card and also the on board chipset is very good one as compared other boards.You have a Realtek audio onboard chipset therefore you dont need to have a separate card.
