-an hourearly morning with empty stomach for atleast 2 months....u stop eating fatty ,foods like meat, egg , chocolate,liquor. etc.do exercise regularly.........seek a doctor soon 2 check bp...u nshould do regular be fit n fine...do some abbs crunches ....go for morning n evening walk at least for halfn hr. drink minimum of a 2 liters of water a day, do exercise or join a gym, pranayam is very gud . u need to hav lots

simple food without fat. second you should do exercise 30 min. in morning and 30 min evening. and dont use supliments or market product to reduce weight because it shows fast result of weight loose but it is harmfull for long time. before doing exercise please set your mind and make time table. and use lemon water with only salt in morning before breakefast but after exercise.
