hi debashish check the settings of modem, configure and use it again!...Check the power plug. then all connections wire, to modem and modem to pc.If it is nt working then try to uninstall the modem driver and install the modem driver according to the instructions given on the manual page.If it is not working still, then change the modem because it means your modem have really some problem....hi there
