You people dont need to worry, if you select a particular company you go and meet HRA officer and tell him about your caliber. If they are not appointing you they are missing and they are the loosers. You are not the looser becuase you have all the qualification to do anything.

The best way is to merge the qualification with ur experience. In case u r related with sales and advt, take the marketing specialization and focus on the areas where u have the experience.
