no mattr how much u complain, its beyond repairs .. MCD is useless and that is my answer and opinion...Go to MCD site and put your comppaint over their and after that you will get a ID or code public campaign...u can e mail them and also to central govt.or given in written application to local MCD office...if u thinking for online complain ...then its foolishness coz there a more than thousands

the help of the architect if possible and if this has been done then you have to take care of the MCD and DDA if you are going to construct it massively....if u wana make ur house than first take permission/approval of MCD by submitting ur site and action plan. Submit ur file in mcd then take approval thereafter make ur house otherwise it will be illegal...You should consult any architect or builder or MCD Office
