not be compared with the copied songs / lysics. One more thing I want to say there is a huge difference between Inspiration from a song and Copy songs / lyrics. If someone is inspired by some songs and make a simlar kind og song than there wont be much problem. Its not a hard and fast rule that the lyrics have to be written first or the tune has to be composed first. It all depends on the rapport that the music director and the lyricist share. Anyway, its the lyricist who writes the lyrics and the music director who composes the music....It dependsIf tunes are ready they set lyrics on that tune.If lyrics are ready , they made tunes for it.

nowdays the current system which is followed in film inustry is they compose the music first and the lyrics go accordingly afterwards....you must have seen in indian idol that anu malik in between intervals used to make a music piece and javed akhtar used to write lyrics on those score of music......Usually the score should follow the lyrics, but then there are examples where the tune is first found
