It seems your question is incomplete and you wanted to mean that even knowing country liquor to be harmful. Yes, you are right by your question. People know that country liquor is harmful. First they drink it for fun or in company. But due to the euphoric after effect and its addictive nature, people were habituated to them. Light Liquor is usally a distilled liquor and hence the sugar content would be considerably on the lower side where as dark liqour are undistilled Liqour and hence a higher sugar content will be seen.
