In Tamilnadu,parttime courses in Law are allowed by Univerity of Madras,Bharathidasan University,Government Law college,Chennai;The states of Karnatake,Banares also provide such courses.Search by Google or Yahoo Universitiesand then parttime courses and then in Law.

no...If a daughter in law abuses and physically injure her mother in law , then the mother in law can get protection under domestic violence act and daughter in law can be punished. EVen Civil act narrates crulity to the elders is punisheable with imprisonment also. The daughter in law got free after hurting her moether in law..
