panic. Its ok. No probs. I go to gym i am 58" and weighs 68kgs and fully muscular. I am not trying to impress u by telling my story. I told u this to prove that little bit of effort can make big.... AND ALONG WITH THIS DO EXERCISES......CONTINUE FOR 6 MONTHS WITHOUT BRAKE AND YOU WILL LOOSE 40 KGS...drink water at least 2liter everyday and walk upto 2km everyday....pls take adivce frm dietician, that helps

yes hemant.10 to 12 kgs is not a very difficult target to achieve.the most imp thing u need is will power.you appear to b a teenager and in your age its most diff to stay away from fatty food to absolutely minimal.stay away from samosas junk food and areated drinks.im sure that if you try this thorougly youll be 70 kgs by mid may. find low cal substitutes for all the fatty food that you eat
