we have seen so many cases where justice is delayed, it is said " justice delayed is justice denied" it is the loop hole of our law system which makes prolongation of court cases. if a culprit is given punishment after many years then it would not act as dettrent. immediate justice is not possible too, so at last i would say that we have to reduce red tapism for the extent so that cases
