hai sourav,in best of my knowledge DELHI is the best IIT college compare to CHENNAI....well Sourav IIT Delhi is much better. There are various reasons:IIT Madras- place has soaring temps. and humid weather. U need not at least have to worry about getting a job. IIT Delhi has the best social life.
