and gradually reduce ur belly but it should be done under the advice of a doctor. try to take less oil foods and regular exercise and it would definitely help u and the most important is breast feeding. if u breast feed ur baby for at least 2 years then it becomes easy to reduce ur weight. i practically did it. ok try it and see....Hi Sri Kumar,You should go for the controlled diet. go for diets low on calories

with your diet , just do apes exercise daily and do jogging , it will reduce......santosh u must have regular excesrie... so that fat developed at tummy must get down.... check in brsik walking .....thread for any problem...Start cardio workout 3 times a week.
