Hi,Petrol pumps are covered under selective credit control commodity act.You just cant open it unless a dealership is granted to you by the psu companies to open a retail outlet.You have to look an existing pump but it is not transferable in your name directly.First you have to become the partner of the existing owner & register your name as partner with the company there after the original owner
