well sudhir ... have to work very hard in gym to get the waist cut down .... the more workouts... thrrad milll... pushups... and also cycling all make the fat around teh waist to cut down ..... u can even do better bending excersies which help one..... try to check out junk....sweets... alcohol... and also high calorie foods... check in small meals also .... take more of salads and fresh fruits
