Earlier Star Movies was the best english movie channel for watching English movies but from the last few years HBO has made its own place and is getting better and better day by day.Viewers currently are favouring HBO over Star Movies because of better movies being shown and forecasting is also good....HBO is the best channel to watch english movies as it telecast all the varities related to english movies

Star Movies is more famous than HBO because on Star Movies popular and good movies comes while on HBO no famous movies comes.This both channel is of English movies.

Yes i do think so that HBO is far far more popular channel than Star Movies.Before HBO there was hardly any choice so i had to stick with Star Movies to watch English films but now since HBO has come Star movies have taken a beating ans its rating has also come down.HBO sometimes comes up with new movies,very good comedy shows plus some thrillers.It is a complete package and it gives us entertainment
