there are lots of good gyms in noida like gold gym in sector 27 is my favourite and even raj amrits gym is also awesome as they have very good coach and its located in sector 18

try club 26 if u need a professional gym otherwise akhaade toh noida mein bahut hain. thers no lady trainer but it is quite a safe place since a friend is a regular there.and try going thru a member. it will dammmmn cheap.or else golds gym is yumm....Hi Ami...u can check one gym behind Vinayak hospitalsec-18 or golden gym sec 30....

better than any gym that i have ever attended. yes, there is arnold gym near stadium.it is one of the best with good coach.you may join it....hiiiiiiiiiiii there is in sec 26 noida club................if you are looking for something specific to ladies and with lady coach, you may try Raj amrit.
