Ingredients for aloo gobi masala :450gms Potatoes450gms Gobi Cauliflower florets2 tbsp Oil1 tsp Cumin seeds1 no. Chopped green chillies1 tsp Coriander paste1 tsp Cumin paste1/4 tsp Chilli powder1 minutes. Add the potatoes, the ground spices and salt and cook for 7-10 minutes, until the vegetable are tender. Garnish the aloo gobi with coriander and serve with tomato and onion salad and pickle.

with the very own flavor of gobi.INGREDIENTS:1 Medium Gobi/Cauliflower - cut into florets1/2 cup Cornflour1/2 cup All Purpose Flour/Maida2 Tbsp Soy Chili Sauce2 Tbsp Green Chili Sauce1 tsp hot Red Chili Powder3 and saute it for a few secs. To this add about 3 tbsp of water and the above fried and cooled gobi bajias. Tip: Bajias should not be hot here. This is to maintain the crispiness even after added to the sauce

-3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup ,2 tbsp Oil ,2 tbsp Soya Sauce Mathod Make a paste of beson, corn flour and salt using water. Add cumin seeds ,heeng ginger and garlic paste, add it to the paste.
