The spices in Gobi - gazar achhar are mix rai, black peppre, salt, red chilli, sirka, haldi, paste of garlic and ginger, musturd oil and gur....If you want to make Gobi - gazar achhar then you need to mix rai black-sarson salt, red chilli powder in it ,if you want slightly teekha-khatta than you put little sirka....The spices in Gobi - gazar achhar are mix rai, black peppre, salt, red chilli, sirka
