Both are the same....if aloo is more and gobi is less, its known as Aloo gobi. If in the same combination,Gobis quantity is more its known as ,Gobi aloo. Its as simple as this my dear watson...If you put aloo first then it is aloo gobhi and vice versa....in aloo gobhi aloo is more and in gobi aloo gobi is more...Both are same..say as you like...the sabzi remain the same.

with the very own flavor of gobi.INGREDIENTS:1 Medium Gobi/Cauliflower - cut into florets1/2 cup Cornflour1/2 cup All Purpose Flour/Maida2 Tbsp Soy Chili Sauce2 Tbsp Green Chili Sauce1 tsp hot Red Chili Powder3 and saute it for a few secs. To this add about 3 tbsp of water and the above fried and cooled gobi bajias. Tip: Bajias should not be hot here. This is to maintain the crispiness even after added to the sauce

Here is how you can prepare gobi manchurian:Cauli Flower Gobi ,Corn Flour or Corn meal ,Maggie Sweet & Sour Ketchup or Chinese Sweet & Sour sause ,3 Cloves Garlic, fine chopped 1/2 " meal by adding water to 1 cup of corn meal. Add a little salt to taste and mix well to a thin paste. Dip the Gobi pieces in the batter completely and fry them until light brown. Spread them on a paper

Ingredients for aloo gobi masala :450gms Potatoes450gms Gobi Cauliflower florets2 tbsp Oil1 tsp Cumin seeds1 no. Chopped green chillies1 tsp Coriander paste1 tsp Cumin paste1/4 tsp Chilli powder1 minutes. Add the potatoes, the ground spices and salt and cook for 7-10 minutes, until the vegetable are tender. Garnish the aloo gobi with coriander and serve with tomato and onion salad and pickle
